SUPPLY: Managing Winery Addresses
The Winery addresses settings page is where you store the billing and ship from addresses for your SUPPLY organization. Addresses saved here automatically populate on invoices and bills of lading, so you don't have to re-enter them every time.

Where to find Winery addresses
- Click the Settings icon in the lower left of the sidebar navigation.
- Select Winery addresses.
Any addresses you've already added are listed in a table, sorted alphabetically by name. You can drag and drop rows to reorder them.
How to add a winery address
- Click + Add winery address at the top of the table.
- Check Ship from address, Billing address, or both — at least one is required. An address can serve both purposes.
- Fill in the address details:
- Name (required, must be unique)
- C/O (optional)
- Registry (optional — used to populate the Registry number on a Bill of Lading)
- Contact phone (optional)
- Contact email (optional)
- Address — street address line 1 is required
- City (required)
- State/Territory (required — options update based on the country selected)
- Zip/Postal code (required)
- Country (required — defaults to United States)
- Click Add winery address to save, or Cancel to discard.

How to edit or archive a winery address
Select the Edit button from the More dropdown menu on any Winery address row. Make your changes and click Save winery address, or Cancel to discard.
To archive an address, select the Archive button from the More dropdown menu for an address. Archived addresses will display with a grey "Archived" tag.

How winery addresses are used on documents
Once you've added winery addresses, SUPPLY uses them to pre-fill address fields when you generate documents from an order:
- Invoices pull from addresses flagged as Billing.

- Bills of ladings pull from addresses flagged as Ship from.

In both cases, the behavior depends on how many matching addresses you have set up:
- Exactly one matching address — it's pre-filled automatically.
- More than one matching address — the field defaults to blank so you can choose.
- None — the document will prompt you to "Add a billing address in Settings" (or the shipping-address equivalent) before you can continue.
📌 Tip: If your winery ships from a single location and bills from a single address, add one winery address with both Ship from and Billing checked — it'll auto-fill on every invoice and BOL.
