SKU Explorer

The SKU Explorer is the homepage for SUPPLY.  If you need a "get to know you" map to the explorer, this article contains descriptions of the following:

SKU Explorer

Access the SKU Explorer by navigating to the wine bottle icon in the left-hand navigation bar. 

The SKU Explorer provides a list of all SKUs in inventory and allows you to search by SKU code or name, and filter by format, stage, location and tax status. 

Each row in the SKU Explorer corresponds to a unique SKU and displays the SKU code, name, format, stage, total quantity in inventory, locations, quantities in bond and tax paid, and quantities available or on order. The total number of SKUs displays at the top of the Explorer. 

New SKUs can be added by clicking on the '+Add SKU' button in the top right corner of the SKU Explorer.

Click anywhere on a row to access the SKU details page.

The SKU Explorer does not have an export - check out the Inventory Explorer!

 

On Hand Column

The On Hand column displays the total inventory across all locations and tax status. The total amount of inventory is displayed in the format: total number of grouping type plus total number of individual units. For instance, in the screenshot below there are 159 6-packs (grouping) and 5 bottles (individual unit) for the SKU HCW22-MTN-CS-750 in the highlighted row.

Location Column

The location icon can be hovered over to view each location and the total amount of inventory at each location. If there are partial amounts, the + will display, rather than the number of individual units.

In-bond and Taxpaid Columns

The in-bond and taxpaid columns display the total amount of groupings for in-bond or taxpaid inventory for this SKU. If there are partial amounts of groupings (i.e a partial case), a + will display. Simply hover over the + to see the quantity of individual units (i.e. bottles). 

Available and On Order Columns

The Available and On Order columns display the total amount of groupings for Available or On Order inventory for this SKU. If there are partial amounts of groupings (i.e a partial case), a + will display. Simply hover over the + to see the quantity of individual units (i.e. bottles). 

The On Order quantities in the SKU Explorer will show the total On Order quantity for both SUPPLY and Commerce7 On Order. Click into the SKU Details page to see the break down of your On Order quantity.
