MAKE
Better tracking and reporting at the vessel level!
- Vessel Custom Attributes – It's time to clean up those blue tags! Wineries can now define and apply their own custom attributes to vessels in the vessel details page and in bulk on the vessel explorer!

This fully mirrors our existing Lot Custom Attributes, and is similarly powerful.
- Vessel Properties History Report – A new report gives you visibility into when a vessel's properties changed and who made the change. This report only works going forward, so you won't be able to see who archived those barrels last year, but now you can track changes to owners, tags, custom vessel attributes, location, archived status, vessel capacity and code, and barrel attributes!

- Vessel Explorer: Lot Intended Use filter and column – Customers with Intended Use activated can now utilized Intended Use filters (pertaining to lots) within the Vessel filter! Checkout all the new lot based filters in the Vessel Explorer here.

- Vessel visibility in Costing – The Cost Item Lot Picker now includes a Vessels column showing the count of vessels by type (with capacity) that held the lot as of the chosen date and time, so finance users applying vessel-based costs like new barrel depreciation can see a lot's vessels right in COGS Tracking.

- Forest and Toast are now visible on your vessel details in InnoApp: giving cellar staff more complete barrel identification when scanning or viewing vessels.
Reporting improvements
- Dry Goods Point in Time Report – Check out our brand new report for Dry Goods! For inventory and financial reporting, this export shows each batch's quantity on hand and cost on hand as of your selected date and time, including expiration dates and tags. Available for MAKE-Plus, or anyone with a FINANCE subscription. Find out more about Dry Goods Reporting here.

- Inventory at Point in Time Report upgrade – We've upgraded the report with additional columns, better filters (ANY/NOT), and improved performance.
The export now includes case count for case goods lots, plus a fruit weight and total weight summary!
- Fruit Intake Report - we now include the Time of Arrival in the export, in addition to the Effective at date/time of the action.
- Additive trace export – Where did that CuSO4 come from?? For your Calculated Additives, a new export now traces exactly how an additive batch made its way into your lot.
- Better ullage reporting! We've added new columns for Custom Reports to show Vessel Capacity and Vessel fill %. This will help you to filter for lots with headspace in any of their vessels.

Analysis improvements for harvest
- New sugar units – International wineries can now choose Oechsle or

Specific Gravity as their fruit and fermentation sugar unit, alongside Brix and Baumé. The chosen unit is used within Fermentation Worksheets, the Primary Fermentation Report, Receive Fruit actions (Record sugar analysis field), the Fruit Intake Report (first sugar column), and the InnoApp quick action.
- Sugar analysis classification – Baumé-Auto and Specific Gravity readings now populate the Sugar/Temp graph on the Lot Details > Analysis page, along with other sugar analysis units.

- Analysis by Date alignment – Tracking individual barrel ferments? Results recorded at the same date, time, and vessel now vertically align onto the same row, so grouped readings read naturally as one line of data. Check it out on your Lot details page!

- New Analysis Lab Sources – St. Julian Winery & Distillery, Integrated Phenolics, and Imbibe Solutions are now available!
AI reporting and AI work orders are cleverer and in the desktop!
How do you get it? Have your Admin opt in on the AI Settings page, and request activation from InnoVint Support!

- Use AI to generate your work orders and lot reporting via the desktop!

- Analysis panels & analysis sources are now supported in Work Order tasks and Reporting
- Requesting a panel by name (e.g., "run a Final Analysis panel on this lot") now automatically requests the panel and associated anaylsis in AI generated work orders, and AI Reporting can return all analyses on a lot from a given panel.
- Requesting analysis by a specific source (like ETS or Vinquiry) will also generate on your analysis tasks, and that source is correctly filled in or used to filter results in AI Reporting
- AI Reporting now correctly interprets tax class: "Show me my lots in <16% tax class!"
Other improvements to make life easier
- We built a new way to bulk update Lots and Vessels, including Custom Attributes and Vessel Locations! Set your filters, and select the inventory to update right in the explorer!

- Re-arrange work order tasks – Making a change? Tasks within an already-created work order can now be dragged and reordered, including on recurring work orders.

- Fermentation Management Worksheet draft titles – Saving a Fermentation Management work order as a draft now keeps its title (with "- Draft" appended) instead of overwriting it with a generic "Draft" label in the Draft menu. You'll still need to update the current name after loading the draft. Find out more about Fermentation Worksheets here!

- InnoApp scanner update! Now when you use the Quick Action > Scan QR code button in InnoApp to scan a printed work order QR code, it will open that work order right in InnoApp.

- Smarter packaging defaults – Different wineries may require different packaging selections for different points of bottling and packaging. To reduce repetitive clicking, the Edit Packaging modal now defaults to the packaging types most commonly used for each action type, taking into consideration whether or not your winery includes the Sparkling module!

For example, Bottling En Tirage defaults to Glass/Vessels and two Closures (glass, bidules and caps), while Add Packaging (Case Goods) defaults to Capsules/Foils, Labels, Labels and Boxes (assuming your wine is already IN bottle and closed). Wineries with sparkling enabled will also see more default packaging with your Add packaging action: Capsules/Foils (foil), Capsules/Foils (cage), Labels (neck), Labels (front), Labels (back), Boxes (insert), Boxes. - Better Intended Use support for fruit lots, juice/wine lots and vessels
- A new "Intended use search" filter has been added to the Lot and Vessel Explorers. You can now search across all intended uses using our ANY/ALL/NOT filters instead of filtering one at a time.

- You can now add Intended Uses to Fruit Lots! We also added the Intended Use filter and column to the fruit lot pickers (Receive Fruit, Process Fruit to Weight, Process Fruit to Volume, and Fruit Weight Adjustment) and the Fruit Lot Explorer to better enable planning from the point of your picks.

- A new "Intended use search" filter has been added to the Lot and Vessel Explorers. You can now search across all intended uses using our ANY/ALL/NOT filters instead of filtering one at a time.
- Tank Maps renaming – For our users with multiple Tank Maps activated, Tank Maps can now be renamed, so wineries can keep map names current as cellar layouts evolve.
- New addition rate – You can now select liters per thousand gallons (L/kgal) as an addition rate option when adding or editing additive products (except SO2 products).
- Check out our integration with AgCode's scale module!
Our MAKE to Commerce7 integration is now decommissioned. With the release of InnoVint SUPPLY, our dedicated case goods management system, we built a bi-directional integration with Commerce7 that better manages inventory changes and depletions across the platforms. The former MAKE integration was extremely limited, and we look forward to more fully integrating with SUPPLY instead.
SUPPLY
Our Order Management System is live!
Order Management
One place to create orders, track customers, and fulfill wholesale business from start to finish. Inventory shows as on-order and then depletes automatically the moment an order is fulfilled.

Documents
Every order gets a full paper trail. You can generate BOLs and Invoices in SUPPLY, or attach your own documents. Updated BOLs can now pull SKU bottle and case weights from the SKU details page automatically, to fully calculate your BOL weights.

QuickBooks Online invoicing
You can also export invoices and import them straight to QuickBooks Online - no double entry required. Don't see the operation? Reach out to support@innovint.us.

COGS Reporting
COGS Reporting is now available in SUPPLY, and in conjunction with pricing on SKUs, shows true margin on every order. Find COGS in your reporting:
Order Export and an Order by SKU Export are now available from the Order Explorer, and Customer Reporting on Profit and Revenue is available by channel and region, via the Report Explorer.
The Inventory Export also now includes columns for COGS and volume.
Better reconciliation tools!
Commerce7 Integration now supports Reset transactions! Reset transactions performed in C7 now flow into SUPPLY as Reconcile actions. These display "by C7 integration" as the submitter and can't be edited within SUPPLY, but can be deleted, with deletion pushing the updated inventory back to Commerce7.
Reconciliation worksheet
We've built an app that will take your Inventory export and create a reconciliation worksheet to print. It's easy and flexible to use - find out how here!
