How to Access the Support Center and Submit a Help Ticket

To access the Support Center through InnoVint's desktop app, click the question mark icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

From the question mark, you will be able to access search results in the Support Center using the text field, open up the Support Center home page in a new tab by clicking on "Go to Support Center", or create a new help ticket by clicking on "Contact support".

To create and submit a help ticket for the support team to review, click the "Submit a help ticket" link from the Support homepage.

Fill in all required information and upload any files you think would be helpful. Press Submit at the bottom of the page and a Customer Success team member will reach out to assist you. You do not need to register or sign in to access the Support Center.
