How to Access the Support Center and Submit a Help Ticket

To access the Support Center through InnoVint, click the question mark icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Select "Go to InnoVint Support Center".


To create and submit a help ticket for the support team to review, click the "Submit a help ticket" link from the Support homepage.


Fill in all required information and upload any files you think would be helpful. Press Submit at the bottom of the page and a Client Success team member will reach out to assist you. You do not need to register or sign in to access the Support Center.
