Does InnoVint take product requests?

At InnoVint, we appreciate the diversity of approaches within the winery community, recognizing that each winery has its unique style, workflows, and preferences for data presentation.

In the course of using InnoVint, you may come up with various ideas that are valid, logical, and will make your winery's workflows and processes heaps more efficient.  We also understand that there are areas in the platform that could be upgraded and that there is always room for improvement. 

We learn a lot from our users every day and genuinely enjoy hearing from you. We receive so many ideas that are worthwhile and innovative!  However, we also get many requests that may be worthwhile and innovative to only one or two wineries, and may not be useful to all of our clients as a whole. This means that our internal product team works hard to constantly evaluate and review the items most frequently requested, and the ones that will also have the largest impact on our entire customer base. Our goal is to develop and maintain the most comprehensive winery operations system available, as driven by the insights and needs of our user community.
To put it in a nutshell, this means that we do appreciate and welcome all feedback!  We listen attentively to all of your suggestions, but in order to set accurate expectations for you now, we'll be honest that not all requested improvements and features will get built. 
If a specific request is a must have, the 100% API and open nature of our platform allows for third party developers to custom build functionality, integrations, and reports on top of the platform (this is why the platform was built this way).
