Lot labels can be printed in bulk for many lots at once or one lot at a time. These labels print per vessel with the intent of placing a label on each individual vessel that contains that lot. For example, if a lot is in 10 barrels and 2 kegs, this feature will print 12 lot labels, one for each vessel.
To print lot labels in bulk
From the Lot Explorer, go to the Manage Lots button in the upper right, select Print lot labels for vessels.
You will be taken to an interface to select the lots. Use the selector and the filters to select all the lots you will be printing labels for.
Once you have your lots selected, choose your desired label type and size.
Sheet labels
If you are starting with a partial page of blank labels you can select the label locations for the first page.
If you are printing 4" x 2" labels, choose up to 5 attributes to include on each label (total of 6; Lot code is required).
4" x 2" Labels:
Choose up to 3 attributes if printing 2 5/8" x 1" labels (total of 4; Lot code is required).
2 5/8" x 1" Labels:
Lastly, rename the file if you choose to, and click the blue button at the bottom of the page to generate the labels in PDF.
This will generate one or more pages of labels, one label per vessel in each lot. You can then send the PDF to your printer.
Label printer (ribbon labels)
If you are printing 2 1/4" x 1 1/4" labels, choose up to 4 attributes to include on each label (total of 5; Lot code is required).
2 1/4" x 1 1/4" Labels:
Choose up to 5 attributes if printing 4" x 2 1/8" labels (total of 6; Lot code is required).
4" x 2 1/8" Labels:
Lastly, rename the file if you choose to, and click the blue button at the bottom of the page to generate the labels in PDF.
This will generate one or more pages of labels, one label per vessel in each lot. You can then send the PDF to your printer.
To print lot labels for individual lots
From that lot detail page, click on More in the top right corner and select Print lot labels for vessels.
This will take you to the PDF print screen where you can follow the same instructions as above.

Is it possible to print one label per lot (for sampling as a composite)?
Thanks for your question, Matt. At this time, lot labels are per vessel only. Your request for a lot composite label has been logged for future improvement.
Thanks,
As we do this often in house and frequently pull samples for labs and blending. Would it be possible to add to the sampling module: "Create *INTERNAL* sample" in future builds?
It would also be nice if we could print those onto smaller labels as well such as 2 5/8"x1".
Hi Matt, We love the idea of "Create Internal Sample." It's a valuable feature that'd we'd like to build in the future.
2 5/8" x 1" is a sheet label size that we already support. Did you have another, smaller size in mind? Thanks for your feedback!
Exactly! I recommend using the 6460 stickers because they can be removed from glass much easier for recycling sample bottles.
I figured that size would save you coding time and the ETS size labels are unnecessary.
