Notifications are enabled in InnoVint as helpful reminders of important activity. The Notification Center is located in the web interface in the upper right corner (the white bell). In the Mobile App there is a Notifications tab with a white bell.
Notifications are set up by InnoVint and currently include work order activities as well as custom notifications that can be sent to one or many users. Notifications will link to the referenced work order directly if clicked.
Q: I am not receiving push notifications to my phone. How do I fix this?
If you are not receiving push notifications from the mobile app make sure that you have allowed InnoVint to send alerts to your phone. Under Settings, select Notifications. Find the InnoVint App and ensure that the Allow Notifications toggle is on.
