      ML Fermentation Report

      The ML Fermentation Report displays the 3 most recent readings for Sugar, Malic Acid, and Volatile Acidity per lot, as well as the current fill, the most recent Barrel Down action date, and last Topping action date.

      Filters at the top of the report help you truncate the list by selecting one or more stages, lot code, vintage, and/or tags. Each column in the report can also be sorted by clicking on the header.

      Click on Export at the top to download the report as a csv file.

      • Recent Sugar Readings include Brix and Glucose/Fructose analysis types.
      • Recent Malic Readings include values for Malic Acid only (ie it does not display Malic Acid - Chromatography).
      • Recent Volatile Acidity Readings include values for Volatile Acidity (ie it does not display Acetic Acid results).
