Harvest Improvements & Features
It's here! Try our new Transfer Volume to Weight action!
In the event that you are adding bleed/saigneé volume to a red lot on skins, adding a pied de cuve or culture to start your ferment, or adding pressed volume back into skins (or anything else!), this action can remove volume from one lot tracked in volume, and increase the expected yield in your weight lot proportional to the added volume.
Please note that the expected yield and composition will not calculate as expected for lots measured in metric units
Check out all the details here!
We updated the column order in the Vessel and Lot Explorers
It sounds simple, but we've change the ordering of columns in the Vessel and Lot Explorers AND pickers... so you can more easily see open work orders and tags associated to vessels and lots without scrolling right.
The ML Fermentation Report is now more flexible
Notice anything different about the ML Fermentation Report? It's in the same place, but the report has been updated with our custom reporting features. This makes it super fast and editable! You can now edit columns, set filters and change parameters on this report seamlessly - including adding the trend line! Please note that you cannot save over the default display, which mimics the original report.
Filter faster! Get the nitty gritty on your blocks for harvest
We've added a block filter to most harvest reports, including the Fruit Lot Explorer, the Current Harvest Report, and the the Vintage, Phenology and Forecast Report. Once you specify a vineyard(s), you can also filter by block. Both of these filters are multi-select.
Save yourself an export
We've extended the Lot Type Filter to the Inventory at Point in time Report. See the on-screen inventory for Juice/Wine lots, Case Good lots, or Fruit lots as required.
All accounts now have access to a minimum of three Custom Reports
Our Custom Reports can provide some amazing insights, analysis trendlines, last recorded action information and group and total lot data on screen. Create your own report, with the information that you want to see! Our Core subscribers now have access to three reports to edit, tweak, and make their own for harvest.
InnoApp
Update your vessel tags and locations more easily in InnoApp!
Once you've added or scanned your vessels into a task in InnoApp, you can now update tags and vessel locations with the three taps of the screen: open up your Quick Menu, tap Update Vessel Information, then choose either Vessel Locations or Tags to jump straight into those updates.
These changes will update on your vessels immediately, regardless of task submission status.
For our Sparkling users! Tirage bins now show bottle capacities as well as volume
InnoApp is surfacing your bottle capacities and quantities in more places for your sparkling processes out in the cellar!
Tirage bins will now surface vessel capacity in bottles, as well as volume, and when completing work orders, you can now bulk fill tirage bins in tasks by bottle count.
Our User Authentication changes are live!
All log-in and new user changes are live. Find out about accessing your InnoVint account here.
- InnoVint log-in is now identity first: This means that the first login screen where you enter your email will define next steps to log-in (i.e. password, or password + MFA) depending on your user and your email domain's security settings.
- We have established a Zero-Trust password policy. When adding new users, admins will never set your password. No one will ever know your password except you. Now, when admins add a new user, they’ll only enter a name and email. New users will receive an activation email to set their own password, making it crucial that this email address is valid and accessible.
As part of this change, InnoVint Support will no longer be able to reset passwords. All password resets must be completed via the user's login email.
- We established regular session timeouts. All users will be logged out every 30 days (if you don't log out before then) to enforce session timeouts.
- Users can now opt into Multi-factor Authentication using an Authenticator app via their Account Settings page.
- We have a new User Account settings page! Find it by clicking on your person icon and selecting "Change password":
Opt to include 'Appellation - Varietal' composition on your BOL
We've extended the Appellation-Varietal composition chart to the automatically generated Bill of Lading composition. Be sure to select the option for "Full composition on separate page" to see the roll-up:
Make it go faster!
We've continued our journey to continually improve performance and load times. Specifically:
- We've been working on loading large numbers of vessels in work orders for both blend and addition tasks
- Improved loading of open work orders in lot and vessel explorers
- Faster loading for the Vineyard Dashboard calendar widget (for our Grow users)
