MAKE

Edit more easily!

  • Forgot to backdate into last month?  We now support date edits on actions! Read more about it here. 

  • We added the ability to edit the "Amount Removed" from additives on submitted addition actions. This improves your ability to deplete your on-hand additives correctly when editing these actions. Find out more about editing Addition actions here. 

Improved reporting and filtering capability

We've made improvements to multiple reports and filters to make your lives easier!

  • The Lot Explorer > Export by components now includes two new columns — Tags (vineyard) and Tags (block). These additions can help to support organic or sustainability tracking for lots when you are using vineyard and block tags: to more easily total the percentage of compliant lots across your winery. 

     

  • Looking for a specific Lot Property change? We added filters to our Lot Properties History Report for an easier audit trail!  You can review changes to Lot code, name, color, style, stage, expected yield, tax class and archived status.  If you are using Custom Lot Attributes, you can see those changes too! 

     

  • Searching for lots without work orders, or trying to easily hover over the icons in the Lot Explorer to see what work has been assigned? The Work Order column header sort caret now sorts lots for work orders in the Lot Explorer

  • We added an email column to the Grower Explorer export

  • We now support multi-select for bonds in the work order explorer bond filter

  • It's now easier for users with access to multiple owner tags to distinguish fruit costs on the Fruit Cost Report by adding a column for Owner tags on the export.

Blend Trials updates

  • The Blend Trials export now includes the calculated composition percentages. This allows you to export and capture your blend trial at a specific point in time for historical records.

  • Permissions update!  For wineries with owner tags, users with access to Everything in winery now have access to Blend Trials, including admins, team members, team members cannot submit, and read-only.  Read-only can view, but will not be able to create or edit Blend Trials. 

    • Blend Trials are still not available for users accessing a winery with owner permissions. Find all about Blend Trials here.

       

Added Dry Goods functionality

  • Use oak adjuncts?  We added Oak as product type, so you can more easily organize, track and select your chips, staves, blocks, and other types from your Additive Explorer.

  • Truing up your on-hand dry goods for the end of the month? We've made it easier to find and edit Batch Adjustments via the Batch details page. 

  • Metric? There is a new default addition rate available: mL/tonne.


Analysis

  • Have a pdf analysis report from an external lab or csv export from your lab equipment?  AI analysis import now accepts .csv, .xlsx and pdf file types! 

  • Newly added Analysis Lab Source for Greece! VELTIA Labs for Life, InnoVino, and Ampelooeniki

Some tweaks to help with harvest

  • Fermentation Worksheets now allow account admins to specify which stage lots to display.  Want to include Extended Maceration?  ML?  You can even make a stirring worksheet for lots after harvest! Check it out here!

  • We updated the Custom Action to match our Custom Task, and now you can apply Custom actions to a lot, vessels, or the winery.

  • Your fruit lot's owner tag will now automatically default to the vineyard owner at lot creation

  • We added a new yield metric to the Block details/Vintage tab: "Weight/Area":

  • New units are available for Vineyard Area: the Dunam & Stremma. These can be set for your winery account by the InnoVint Support team. 

  • Tank Maps are updated to show the empty tank capacity in hover labels to help you plan and organize tank space.

Create Bills of Lading

You can now create Bills of Lading in SUPPLY!  Find the Create Bill of Lading option on any submitted movement or depletion action, or on open depletions.  You can also create BOLs outside of actions in the Reporting explorer! Find out more in our Support Article!
